NO Vacation is complete without a gourmet chef and wonderful Hospitality.
Casa Corazon is blessed to have two lovely people run the house full time:
Jorge the houseman, the man in charge and at your charge, the bartender extraordinaire, the tour booker, restaurant reservation maker, in house massage and spa treatment planner, HE DOES IT ALL!!!!
And Gloria, the housekeeper from another universe who can anticipate your needs before you even know what they are. She is kind, loves children, is efficient and friendly. She Keeps Casa Corazon in Top Shape at all times and makes it look EASY!! She is unbelievable!!!
Upon your arrival to CASA CORAZON you will be met at the door with big smiles and ready made Margarita’s which will be placed into your travel weary hands by Jorge. He will then take your bags to your rooms while you sit sipping your mexican elixir and enjoying the complimentary Salsa and Guacamole with chips prepared by the chef.
The Chef will continue preparing your first nights dinner at Casa Corazon while you run off to see the beach or take a rejuvenaing shower. The Gourmet Menu is prepared exactly to your specifications…..Traditional Mexican, or any other menu options, special meals for vegetarians, specific allergies are considered once we are alerted. All your favorite foods and beverages are stocked in the kitchen before you even arrive. Be sure to let us know what unique or special occasions are coming up during your stay so we can order cakes or pies or special treats.
The table is set romantically, the meal is ready and the drinks are poured and keep pouring…..YOUR first night will be a gourmet masterpiece with the sound of beautiful music and palm lites a glow. Heavenly.
After a restful sleep …You will awaken to find the coffee on and the Chef preparing your Breakfast on the Terrace… Mexican Traditional breakfast, French toast, Fruit, bacon, Omellettes, Toast and Jam. Whatever you desire.
The best part of Casa Corazon are the wonderful people who take care of you during your stay. The Delicious Food. The great service. A home for your heart.
Note: if you do not require the chef everyday for your trip please let us know. Some guests never leave the house to eat out, because the food is so good here, but many do like to sample the different restaurants in town.
The Chef and all Staff at Casa Corazon Take Sunday off unless you have requested their presence and agree to pay their day charge in cash.
The house keeper Gloria will work Sunday for $40.00 us
The house man Jorge will work sunday for $40.00 us
The Chef will work all day and prepare 2 full meals Sunday for $55.00 us.
The staff do not mind working on Sunday, but it is normally their only day off so it makes sense to pay them extra if you do decide you would like them that day. They will be happy to serve you
Tipping is part of Vacationing in Mexico…. At the end of your stay it is acceptable to put the tip in an envelope and give it to Jorge who will make sure the Chef and Gloria and He recieve equal parts. They work very hard and will be grateful for your tip. Thank you.
